Built from scratch
I learn by doing. Raised in the desert, surrounded by open space, dry air, and quiet light. It taught me how to see shape and contrast without noise. Later, I spent time in the Pacific Northwest, where the rain, clouds, and dense forests forced me to rethink how I shoot. It made me slow down and look closer.
What started as curiosity turned into something steady. Photography became a way to hold onto the places I’ve been. I’m self-taught, still learning, and always pushing to get better.
